The notification never arrives

Check that Allow Notifications is on in iOS Settings → Notifications → How was today?
A Focus mode will hold notifications back.
Re-saving the question time in the app's settings reschedules them.
Once your three free entries and any subscription are used up, questions stop. Asking you something you can't save wouldn't be honest.

I switched phones and my entries are gone

Check that you're signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud Drive is on in iOS Settings.
In the app's settings, the Storage row should say your entries are backed up to iCloud.
A long history takes a moment to come down. Leave the app open for a minute.

I want my entries out

Settings → Export entries writes your whole history to a text file. Reading and exporting stay open even after a subscription ends.

I want my entries deleted

Deleting the app clears the data on the device.
The iCloud copy is removed in iOS Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage.
The developer holds no copy of your entries and so cannot delete them for you.

How do I cancel?

iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's policy.

I'm locked out of the app

App Lock uses the same Face ID and passcode as iOS. If you know your device passcode, that opens it. On a device without biometrics, the lock turns itself off.

How much does it cost?

The app is free to download and you can write three entries without any payment method. To keep going it's $2.99 a month or $14.99 a year. Prices in your own currency are shown on the purchase screen. Cancel any time — what you've already written stays readable and exportable.
