A newly installed app sits at the end of the list. Tap Share, swipe the row of app icons all the way to the end and tap the last item to open the full list. Tap Edit there, turn ScrapNote on and mark it a favourite, and it will be near the front from then on.
The app is reading the original page. That can fail if the network is slow or the site gives nothing back. Open the note and you will find a Try again button — and the original address is never lost, whatever happens.
If a post needs a login to view, the app cannot read its title or text. The address and anything you wrote yourself stay as they are.
Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud on. The Settings screen shows the sync status. If your iCloud storage is full, syncing stops — but the notes on this device stay where they are.
You can save and fully use 10 notes without paying. After that, a subscription lets you keep saving.
Past the limit, the notes you already wrote can still be read, searched and exported. What locks is saving, writing and editing — nothing else.
iOS Settings → Apple Account at the top → Subscriptions → ScrapNote → Cancel. Cancelling does not delete your notes.
Settings → Export writes your notes out as Markdown files. That is always open, subscription or not.
The data on the device goes with it. The copy in iCloud is removed separately, in iOS Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage.
